After about two months, it said I have a paper jam. Setting it up was a bit time consuming and I have not been able to make the black standard printing dark enough to really stand out. This is an extremely heavy printer that took two hefty men to put on my printer table for me, If I had known this in advance, I personally would not have bought it, even though the features are good.
